Growth and customer acquisition systems

Turn local interest into measurable business opportunities.

Earned Systems designs connected systems that help service businesses attract the right prospects, capture inquiries, respond quickly, follow up consistently, and understand which activities lead to appointments and revenue.

    Appropriate next actions remain visible.

The business problem

Give every qualified opportunity a clear next action.

Generating attention is only one part of growth. Businesses also need a reliable process for capturing inquiries, responding quickly, continuing follow-up, and measuring what turns into booked work.

  • Website visitors who do not take action
  • Calls and forms handled inconsistently
  • Leads stored across texts, emails, and spreadsheets
  • Slow or incomplete follow-up
  • Estimates or consultations that receive no further contact
  • Past customers who are never re-engaged
  • Reviews and referrals requested inconsistently
  • Marketing activity without clear attribution

Growth capabilities

Build the path from discovery to a measurable customer action.

Websites, digital marketing foundations, CRM tools, automation, AI, and analytics are supporting capabilities inside a connected customer-acquisition workflow.

01

Conversion-Focused Websites and Landing Pages

Design websites and campaign pages around clear customer actions such as calling, requesting an estimate, joining a waitlist, booking a consultation, or purchasing a membership.

02

Local Visibility Foundations

Support local SEO, location and service-page structure, Google Business Profile setup or optimization, accurate business information, and search-friendly website fundamentals without guaranteeing rankings.

03

Lead Capture and CRM Workflows

Connect forms, calls, inquiry sources, and customer information to a clear lead pipeline with ownership and next actions.

04

Speed-to-Lead and Follow-Up Automation

Create appropriate email or text-message acknowledgments, reminders, internal alerts, and follow-up sequences while preserving human review where needed.

05

Customer Reactivation

Help businesses reconnect with eligible past customers, inactive members, unconverted estimates, or older leads through carefully scoped campaigns.

06

Reviews and Referrals

Build repeatable workflows for requesting genuine feedback, collecting reviews, and encouraging appropriate referrals without manufacturing or improperly incentivizing them.

07

Measurement and Reporting

Track useful measures such as lead source, response time, appointments booked, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost when available, and revenue attribution when reasonably supportable.

Flexible starting points

Choose the part of the growth system that needs attention first.

Engagements begin with the smallest useful scope. Public package pricing is intentionally not published while the offers are being validated.

Growth Systems Audit

Review the current website, lead sources, response process, follow-up, booking path, CRM usage, and measurement system.

Lead Capture and Follow-Up System

Build or improve the path from website visitor or inquiry through response, assignment, follow-up, and booked opportunity.

Customer Reactivation System

Create a controlled process for reconnecting with eligible past customers or unconverted leads.

Founding Member Launch System

For new membership or appointment-based businesses: a launch page, waitlist, offer structure, follow-up, booking, referral workflow, and launch measurement.

Ideal clients

Growing local and regional service businesses.

Growth Systems is not limited to one industry. It is strongest where a timely response and a well-managed customer journey have meaningful business value.

  • Commercial and residential contractors
  • Appointment-based service businesses
  • Membership businesses
  • Beauty, wellness, and salon businesses
  • Property and home-service companies
  • Professional service businesses
  • Businesses where a qualified inquiry or recurring customer has meaningful value

Fit and readiness

A clear offer and the capacity to respond come first.

A Growth System is most useful when the business can define the customer action it wants, respond to leads consistently, deliver the underlying service, and measure at least part of the customer journey.

A business may not be ready when:

  • It cannot respond to new inquiries
  • It has no capacity to serve additional customers
  • It expects guaranteed leads or revenue
  • It wants automation without a defined process
  • It cannot provide accurate service, pricing, or business information
  • It expects search rankings or advertising performance to be guaranteed

How it works

Improve the journey in five measured steps.

The process connects customer acquisition work to an observable baseline and a defined business action.

  1. 01

    Understand the customer journey

Identify how people currently discover, contact, and choose the business.

  2. 02

    Establish the baseline

Review lead sources, response time, follow-up, bookings, and available conversion data.

  3. 03

    Fix the conversion path

Improve the website, offer, forms, booking process, pipeline, and ownership.

  4. 04

    Automate appropriate follow-up

Add acknowledgments, reminders, routing, and re-engagement where appropriate.

  5. 05

    Measure and improve

Monitor what produces qualified inquiries, appointments, memberships, or customers.

Responsible marketing and data use

Clear expectations before any campaign or automation is activated.

Earned Systems does not guarantee leads, rankings, appointments, or revenue. Results depend on the offer, market, budget, customer demand, sales process, service quality, and the business's ability to respond and deliver.

  • The customer remains responsible for its customer relationships and approved messaging.
  • Consent, opt-out, platform, and legal requirements must be considered before email or SMS activation.
  • Earned Systems will not purchase questionable contact lists or send unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Access and data use are limited to the agreed project scope.
  • Attribution is reported with appropriate limits when source or revenue data is incomplete.

Growth Systems FAQ

Questions before a growth conversation.

Is this traditional digital marketing?

Earned Systems can support websites, local visibility, lead capture, follow-up, reactivation, and measurement, but begins with the customer journey and business outcome rather than selling a generic marketing package.

Do you guarantee leads or revenue?

No. Earned Systems builds and improves the system, establishes measurable baselines, and reports observed results without guaranteeing outcomes.

Do you manage social media?

Social content management is not currently a core standalone service. It may support a broader growth system when clearly scoped.

Do you manage paid advertising?

Earned Systems can build landing pages, lead capture, attribution, and follow-up around campaigns. Ongoing advertising management is not currently offered as a standard service.

Can you work with our existing website or CRM?

Yes, when the existing system can support the required workflow. Earned Systems improves or connects existing tools when practical instead of automatically replacing them.

Is AI required?

No. AI is used only when it can safely improve activities such as classification, personalization support, routing, or reporting.

Can you help a business before it opens?

Yes. A Founding Member Launch System can help a new business establish its website, waitlist, follow-up, booking path, and launch measurement before opening.
